The Nero 66 arc is the thirteenth story arc of the Edens Zero series and the last arc in the Aoi Cosmos Saga.
The Interstellar Union Army engages in battle with the Imperial Army in space, allowing the Crew of Edens, accompanied by the rebel army Oasis, to advance towards Nero 66, the Planet of Ash. Their goal is to destroy the All-Link System and take down Poseidon Shura before he can use the network to destroy every machine in the Aoi Cosmos! To succeed, they must prevail over Shura, the self-proclaimed "King of Gravity", as well as the most powerful soldiers in the Empire, the Oceans 6! As the high tide approaches, the fate of the Cosmos hinges on this battle, which may prove to be too much for the Crew to handle!

- Ziggy absorbs Nero's powers, killing him, and takes his Ether Gear for himself.
- Shiki uses the Black Sky technique for the first time and defeats Shura.
- Ziggy uses his new stolen power to activate the bombs on Nero 66.
- Despite being freed by Laguna from Shura’s brainwashing, Ijuna forgives Shura and both die together as the planet explodes.
- Witch sacrifices herself to ensure Edens Zero’s escape.
- During a meeting with Elsie on Nero 1, Ziggy reveals it is now Universe 3.
- Elsie decides to spare Ziggy, stating that they will be enemies the next time they meet.
- The names of the last three Oración Seis Galáctica and their silhouettes are revealed.
- The Edens Zero Crew returns Creed's body to the Interstellar Union Army.
- Justice and Victory learn of Creed's death, Justice vows to render justice on whoever killed Creed, which Jesse accuses Homura of doing so.
- Jesse deletes Creed's history about his death in order to hide it from Justice and his organization.
- Sister gives Shiki a new prosthetic eye.
- Laguna Husert officially joins the Crew Of Edens.
- Shiki declares his intentions to stop Ziggy and save the universe.
