Beast (獣王 Bīsuto?) was the Commando Team of Poseidon Nero of the Oración Seis Galáctica. They are ranked below Oceans 6 in the now-disbanded Nero Empire.[1]
History[]
Foresta arc[]
Beast Squad 1 defeated and imprisoned
Beast is deployed on Foresta to purge all of the Machines who turned against the humans by Ziggy's virus and are ready to carry out their mission after the Demon King caused havoc in the Coral Sector.[2]
However, after the defeat of Beast Squad 6[3][4][5], Orc contacts Beast Squad 1 for help, to which they respond after monitoring Squad 6 while dealing with a group of hostile bots on their own somewhere in Foresta. As the strongest Beast squad, they reassure Orc that they will avenge them and make their move to capture Shiki and his crew.[6]
Later, Beast Squad 1 confronts Shiki and Homura where they explain to the two that while they could care less about Squad 6's defeat, they have a reputation to uphold and to ensure that no one defies their emperor, Poseidon Nero. Suddenly, they are ambushed by Victory who takes them down in one hit with Titan's Arm from above. In quick defeat, Squad 1 is then imprisoned by Creed with Ether Lock.[7]
Members[]
The Commando Team is divided into six 3-man squads[8] that are based on rank and power with Squad 1 as the strongest and highest ranking among them.[9][10]
Squad 1[]
- Tengu Member: An arrogant man with a tengu mask.[9]
- Lizard Member: A stoic O-Tech alien hunter.[9]
- Masked Member: A sadistic O-Tech with mechanical jaws.[9]
Squad 6[]
- Britney: A professional woman with glasses who uses the Ether Gear Smoke Bar.
- Orc: A muscular O-Tech alien with a cybernetic right arm called Blast Man Arm that he utilizes in combat.
- Mora: An enthusiastic man with a top hat who enjoys his job and is a user of the Glue Tear Ether Gear.
Missions[]
Purge the Bots of the Verdant Planet[]
The team is sent to destroy all the bots of Foresta.
- Status: Failure.

- In Volume 14, in the original draft Beast Squad 6 has a fourth member, a Machine that is taller than Orc.
