Eye of Horus (アイ・オブ・ホルス, Ai Obu Horusu^?) is an Ether Gear that allows the user to hypnotize others through the use of electrical signals.

Description

Hypnotized targets following orders

Eye of Horus allows its user to control the minds of others by sending electrical signals to their brains, enabling them to command both humans and androids, although the latter requires more time to be affected. The user can give any order imaginable to their target, which they will follow to the letter, from instilling certain emotions, changing aspects of their personalities, or making them believe they're a wild animal. Only the user knows how to undo the hypnosis, but those under the effect can be freed if the user's power is deactivated by an Electromagnetic Pulse or by using a powered suit of armor.
