The Edens One arc is the ninth story arc of the Edens Zero series and the last arc in the Sakura Cosmos Saga.
Having defeated Drakken, the Crew of Edens are free at last to begin their mission to find Mother and explore the unknown. All that remains is a return trip to Granbell, where Shiki expects a heartfelt reunion with all of his old robot friends. - Noah Glenfield is revealed to be the Director of the Galactic Intelligence Agency in the Sakura Cosmos.
- Shiki Granbell and the Four Shining Stars return to Granbell for the first time.
- Shiki discovers that the machine population of the Granbell Kingdom were not infected by a virus and that their actions were an act to force Shiki to leave before they had all shut down.
- Ziggy is revealed to have reawakened, but now possesses an unrecognized darker Ether and fights against his old friends and family.
- Connor is revealed to be the captain of the Edens One and has a callous personality towards the Edens Zero.
- Ziggy is revealed to also have the Four Dark Stars aiding him on his quest to destroy humanity.
