Dylan (ディラン, Diran^?) was a member of Oasis, a rebel army formed to oppose the tyrannical rule of Poseidon Nero.

Appearance

Dylan is a young man with short bob-cut hair and a pointy nose. He wears a sleeveless jacket with a fur collar, striped turtleneck with short sleeves, dark pants with a bag held by two belts, and dark boots.

Synopsis

Sandra arc

Dylan and his fellow rebels point their guns at Laguna and the Crew of Edens when they enter the Oasis base. However, he is shocked after Shiki easily disarmed him and and his comrades of their weapons with Satan Gravity.

When Goodwin expresses his fanboy excitement of meeting Rebecca and Happy of the Aoneko Channel in person, Dylan, and his comrades are shocked. He is stunned after hearing the Oasis leader is providing Rebecca with donations and calls her the best B-Cuber ever. Dylan smiles when Homura states that she and the members of Oasis are strong.

Dylan finds Shiki amusing for being overdramatic over the Aoi News and comments that he has never seen anybody gets so worked up over a news show about the consequences of Shura's public announcement across the Nero Empire. He is upset when Zoy gets shot on the shoulder by the pursuing Imperial Army troops.

Dylan charges out with his fellow rebels to fight the Imperial soldiers at the marketplace of the city. He continues firing his weapon at the enemy with his comrades in battle. When Oasis learns that there are enemy reinforcements on the west side of the city, Dylan comments that it's too far from here for them to stop them. He is shocked after he and his fellow rebels hear Hermit contacting them and states that they are friends of Shiki too.

Dylan stands silent as Goodwin asks Lizarre how many member of Oasis are killed with 16 dead, and later explains to the captured Imperial Army soldiers that it is just two sides raising the death count while refusing to give in.

Nero 66 arc

Within the bridge of the Maine Coon, Dylan stands silently with his arms folded in the background as Ibaraki tells Laguna that all members of Oasis are doing good. He and Furena board their starfighters and launch out of Maine Coon's hanger bay, heading out first before engaging the Imperial Army ships in space.

During the battle with the Imperial Army nearby Nero 66, Dylan remarks that Oasis is neither an enemy of the Interstellar Union Army nor their friend, and wonders if they would even listen after noticing the rebel army showing up. He comments that the Aoi Ocean does feel awfully close and remarks to Furena that it reminds him of when they went to see it together. Dylan smiles when Furena states that it is not so bad watching the high tide while fighting side by side with him before Ibaraki tells them to stop flirting.

Dylan's powers and abilities are currently unknown but according to Homura, he is strong as well.
